Troubles with HTML in some WebSites

Hi. Im having troubles with a website, I found it and looks good in IExplorer, but now I logon in my Linux box running Mozilla/Konqueror and when I open the site I saw that some margins are wrong. Is it something about W3C?, I contacted the webmaster and then he fixed!

Thanks a lot.
