[SOLVED] Tri-boot : CentOS x Fedora x FreeBSD

Hi Folks,

I am stuck with a problem using grub for tri-boot. The funny part of it is that with CentOS and FreeBSD it just works fine.

But Fedora does not take off.

The message the system gives after I took the Fedora on Boot menu is:

Error 15:
File not found.

Here is my grub.conf content:

I also tried for Fedora in the same way as done for FreeBSD, it does not work for FC.

I would love to not have to reinstall the Fedora partition, because it is a development workstation, with a lot of work on installs and setup already finished on it, and redoing it would cost time. I guess, it is possible to get a better fix than just reinstalling it.

Could someone send some light on how to fix it?

Well... here is the quick solution:

Just run the DVD FC16 and choose to install, and then pick the option to upgrade existing version.

Now FC + CentOS + FreeBSD are boot all together.

On FC16 grub2 is in use.

Hope this information can be useful for others.
