Post Tape Backup File Warnings for OS X to RH9

I'm using TapeWare's backup software to backup information from a file and mail server and CVS, Bugzilla.... a few things. I've shared all of the folders that I wanted backed up through SMB and mounted them to the server with the tape drive.

When it does the backup of the files from the OS X server though, I have errors (warnings) on 60% of my files saying that:
Quote:
209 - Object is Busy
I turned of the "strict file locking" on OS X but it didn't seem to help. My backups are fine going from a Redhat server to the Redhat server, but not from the OS X to the RedHat server...

Any suggestions?

- Oh, and btw, I was the only one at work and I'd just rebooted the server to make sure there weren't any processes left open from earlier in the day.... So the files shouldn't've been busy.
