su errors

Not really a big problem, but whenever I type this command:
su - <user>I get this message: /dev/pts/0: Operation not permitted
I still get to the other user, but I'm wondering what this means?

You see if you are sitting with 'root' with all his configs, and then try to switch to some other user with limited posibilities, system has no other choise - just throw some error

ba ha ha ha, is that right Nautilus?

I think it is saying that it's having a problem displaying this information because you don't have root priviledges.
