In Slackware the start up scripts are in /etc/rc.d
I put my hdparm and IPtables configuration in rc.local

ok where you have "exec fluxbox" where its usually in your .xinitrc file in your home directory, you will add them entries there..
ex, judging by your info provided you can add this to your .xinitrc file:
bsetbg -full /lib/pictures/bluemoon.jpg &
gkrellm2 &
exec fluxbox
