Hi,
I want to ask you some questions about the terminal.Let's start:
1)How to view photos&videos from the terminal?

Welcome to LQ!!

How to write Greek in the terminal? Some will say that the BASH language looks like Greek, but I doubt if that's what you meant... I think the answer lies in setting the Locale for your system. Look at /etc/locale

Viewing of photos, videos, etc. requires X-Windows (or equivalent). For one example of a terminal command, look at "display" (part of the ImageMagick package).

Actually, no. There are console image viewing programs, like zgv, for example, that use svgalib, and MPlayer can show videos in console, using framebuffer...

I stand corrected....

Would svgalib work with ImageMagick "display"?

Well, there's fbi http://linux.bytesex.org/fbida/ and FIM https://www.autistici.org/dezperado/
fbv http://s-tech.elsat.net.pl/fbv/
iiviewer http://sourceforge.net/projects/iiview
and of course, zgv http://www.svgalib.org/rus/zgv/

I'm pretty sure, ImageMagick can not work without X.
