Solution for too big HDD bug (windows)

I have 160 gigas HDD. Everyone knows that windows needs an update before to use all of the space on the drive. Well i didnt update it so i had 30 gigas invicible space. Because im a fool, I decided to install linux on partitions created from the invicible space....
Result: Kubuntu works smooth, windows gives bluescreen before it starts to load it.

I cant do anything which requires admin password, since when i type the password in it just goes to back to window and dosnt enable hidden options :/

Can i resize the windows partitions without loosing any data?

I know a way - I could download Partition Magic , but does it work fully with whine? Other choice is to delete this distro and boot section, but is it possible to do complete clean up while using only linux?

read the manual of the GNU 'parted' utility - it has the full functionality you need.
