Sendmail account problem.

Hi,

I'm running Fedora Core 2 with Sendmail server with POP3.
All stations are running outlook express to send/receive mails.
This morning, there are 2 accounts don't work.
The outlook keeps asking for correct password.
I've checked the other accounts, and they work fine.
I also tried to reset the password for the error account in the Linux server, but it didn't work.
I'm sure I have the correct user name & password input.
What else I can do to solve this problem?
Thanks.

so you're having a problem when you download mail to outlook? well that's nothing to do with sendmail, it'll be whatever pop3 / imap server you are running. There should be a log in /var/log/messages or similar to show the bakcend logging of your prolematic service.

Thank you very much for replying. I'll try to look at the log to see what's the problem.

well you've not told us what the pop3 / imap server is... there's probably an easy way to turn debug logging on it or something. log output might also appear in /var/log/maillog or such. you need to poke around these log files yourself, there are many mnay possible log file names that could exist.
