Secure VNC over SSH Error (RHEL 5.5)

Hi,

I am trying to do secure VNC over SSH to a remote linux server from my windows PC, but running into this error.

Error: Unable to connect to host: Connection refused (10061)

Could someone point me what I may be doing wrong here?
I am using this solution http://www.go2linux.org/secure-vnc-over-ssh to do this.

Thanks in advance for you help!
Ajay

Well, for a quick test, I would disable iptables and try again. If that works, then I would re-enable iptables and add a rule for whatever ports I needed.

Obviously, disabling iptables on a production server would be a bad idea, but if its just a test server, why not...

Still getting the same error message. Since this is a test server, I stopped iptables by "service iptables stop".
