Scsi Emulation.... Where is my cd-rom now?

Well I try to enable scsi-emulation in my kernel to get my burner operational but I have a problem... When I enable scsi support in the kernel, my cd-rom just disapear.
Well not disapear, but his block device change, and I really don't know what can be the new device... I tried some of the sc* but....

Is there are any easy way (I guess there are an easier way than probe each device!!) to find my cd now?

the original device was /dev/hdc
