Screen Lock for Black Box

I have a 3 yr old who likes to get up early and shut my computers down or worse play around with it... hes really a sweetie tho...

anyways i am looking for a way to lock the screen on black box kind of like the one for kde...

anyone know of a way?

try xlock, you should already have it with the xlockmore package. it's just a general screen locker for X that uses xscreensaver

you should setup your box to have electro magnetic shock sensors on it.. that you can turn off remotely when you need to use it. that will deter the baby from touching it..

just kidding.. i hope no one takes that seriously.
