Scientific Linux

Hello , I need to use scientific linux , its a 4 cd based distro. I downloaded the four isos the very first Iso had some packages that could not be installed and installation aborted , I redownloaded the first iso , still same problem.
I cannot download or make a install through internet . I have noticed that the both copies of first iso show different list of packages that are corrupted [its more than one file i presume and I cant get name of all corrupt via the installer). So I intend to check Md5sums of the rpms , (i have a script that will verify files if all their md5sums are placed in one document , and files are also in one folder) and then replace the 'corrupt' packages from the iso amd make a new iso my self the problem is I cannot get the md5sum of indivudual files ! atleast from net and in its cd I donot see any file with name md5sum or sorta (i remmeber atleast in suse dvd it had a file with md5sum of all rpms in it ) can anyone help me get the MD5sum of all the packages of SL4.3 cd 1?
I hope you all atleast understand my question

Are you using a download manager to download the isos? Distros don't usually publish mdsums of individual packages, so I think you will have a tough time getting them. If the mdsums for your isos are correct, try burning them at a slow speed or changing the type of cdr media you are using.
