Running OS X programs on linux

Hi, its been bugging me lately that I don't know how to run Garage band or other Mac OS X software on linux. Is there something like WINE for Mac programs on Linux?

Alas, I never tried it or seen it in action, nor do I know what Garage Band actually is, but there is indeed a PowerPC emulator capable of installing and running Mac OS X on Linux (the version for PowerPC, of course).
