Resizing Swap Partition

I recently converted from Mandrake 8.1 to Red Hat 7.3 and I am now having problems resizing my partitions. I made the partitions with Partition Magic under Windows (eeew) and had about a 150 meg Swap partition formated. I would now like to resize my partitions to make a larger Swap partition. I searched for a tutorial or text to do such a thing but unfortunately came up empty handed. I then RELUCTANTLY booted into Windows on my 2 gig partition (eeew) to use Partition Magic to resize the partitions to make room. I tried making my Ext2 partition and FAT partition smaller and it didn't matter how much Free space I created I couldn't make my Swap partition larger then 133 megs. I was hoping that there is some way I could do this in Linux. If it is with Fdisk under Linux, how would I use it?

Thanks so much!

Fdisk can't resize, but there's another utility that can. It's parted. You can find it somewhere on your installation cds. But it's not graphical (text mode interface). Before using it please read the manual to do everything correctly.

parted.i386.rpm

If you can't find it on your disc, head over to www.freshmeat.net and search for it there. Or www.rpmfind.net might be better.

Cool
