Smile resizing file systems

I have two systems. Both the system have linux redhat 6.2 Oracle and SAP46C.

First System: I am adding more hard disk into it and want to extend the size of the file system /home/oracle. How can I do it in the best possible manner.

Second System: /home/oracle filesystem has reached 90%. I want to extend this filesystem size. There is
much hard disk capacity but it is either used in other filesystems
which are 0% filled and the rest of the space is not used. How can
I manage this thing and extend the file system /home/oracle without
losing any data. The total hard disk capacity is 360 GB(36 *10).

The linux kernel is 2.2.14-5.

Thanks
