remastering liveCDs
In the liveCD remastering process, I assume the distro will want to use the internet as its default software repository, because they usually do, don't they? That can pose a problem: if you don't have a Linux internet connection already established, and are expecting to set one up only once you have the liveCD running (disregarding that setting up a connection for a liveCD is mostly pointless), you *can't* use the internet to download software. Since I have only one CD drive bay, and therefore can't set the liveCD to download from the installer for another distro (if that even works), can it use an existing distro on the HD as a repository?
