Question on compilation/"make" (Newbie)
The README file of a certain security test application (tfn2k) gives me the following instructions:
"...edit src/Makefile and uncomment the options for your OS"
I already did that using 'vi'.
Now I want to compile and execute the application tfn2k.
I attempt to run "make", but it returns "Warning: File 'Makefile' has modifictaiton time 1.7e+09 s in the future gcc -Wall -03 disc.c -o disc
make:gcc: Command not found
make: [disk] Error 127
I see that under the directory 'tfn2k', I have:
Makefile
README
/src sub-directory
Makefile aes.c base64.c config.h flood.c ip.h mkpass.c td.c tribe.c aes.h cast.c disc.c ip.c process.c tfn.c tribe.h
Any suggestion on how I can compile this ?
I already attempted to run "Makefile", but it returns "bash: command not found".
