qmail fails to receive Outlook RTF mail

As I came to the company there was already an email/file server which was installed just before I've started to maintain the system.

It runs on a 2.2.19 kernel. Nobody knows what distro is installed. dmesg returns root@porky.devel.redhat.com (I suppose it's a RH?).

Anyway, it runs qmail 1.0.3.

The problem is that when someone sends a mail composed in Outlook as RTF, trough Exchange, the sender(or it's admin) get an error "Read error on 'domain.com'" and no message is delivered - not even to the postadmin!
It was reported by angry senders.

This problem is not related to Outlook/rtf attachments - some of them even get trough, maybe sent from standalone Outlook. It fails even with simple messages. We normally receive messages from same user when formatted as plain text or HTML.

Regards,
Goran
