I've just started writing a basic guide for myself to get Slackware up and running quickly to remember what I did etc. I'm up to configuring my printers and was wondering how to finish off this command to add my printer:

lpadmin -p LaserJet -E -v socket://192.168.0.8:9100 -m ????# <- what do I put there?

The problem is that I'm not sure what .ppd to use as when i do the web configuration with cups i use the "CUPS+Gimp-Print v4.2.6" driver...there's not ppd with that name.

You might try laserjet.ppd, or have a look here.
