Problem with permissions on mounted harddrive

Hey

So I'm messing around with a ubuntu on a USB Memory Stick in order to get some old drivers into a Win 98.

I've booted up the stick with kubuntu and mounted the harddrive (which is a FAT32 partition):

Code:
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mounted/point
I'm trying to copy some files from the same USB Memory Stick (which is also the same Stick as I'm booting from):

Code:
cp -r /cdrom/MyFolder /mounted/point/Destination
But I get a error:

Well, this error might be obvious, but I've tried to change the permissions on the destination folder;

Code:
sudo chmod 775 /mounted/point
But still not working. Any advices?

Read some of these: Google: mount permissions

Try mounting with this:
sudo mount -o rw,users,exec,dev,suid /dev/sda1 /mounted/point
I think that's right, maybe somebody else knows better?
