Unhappy Problem with mounting raid disks

Dear all,

I was using a mounted raid06 in cluster. It was working fine. Then suddenly its color changed to blinking red. And the attributes, owners and groups are shown in "?" question mark. I have lots of important information on this raid system.
What does it mean? How can I fix it?
Also I tried to reboot the raid system, but it doesn't boot. The OS of raid anf cluster is Cent-OX.

I need a urgent help.

Sincerely,

Reza

We volunteer our time....please don't say it's urgent we get back to you.

If it's truly urgent, and you have a production system down, I'd be on the phone with your hardware support people, and be locating your backup media.

Either someone deleted all the data off the array, or you have a piece (or pieces), of broken hardware. Have you done any hardware diagnostics? What do your syslogs say?

Either way, I hope you have good backups....

Sorry for Urgent, but I am in middle of the huge simulation which is part of my PhD dissertation. I really appreciate your work.
I cant talk to hardware support people cuz I am in Japan and they are japanese and we have a huge language barrier.

By the way, I did hardware diagnosis, and it seems the main hd is fine. What I get during booting system is :
"the I/O port is busy."
then It says "transferring ATA stat/err to SCASI .....".
I tried to use single user mode but I have the same problem. I tried different settings in Setup, but it is not still working.
What I found is that the operation system can't mount hard disks!
Now I am trying to uses knoppix live cd to see can I mount the main hard disk itself.
How can I determine the mounting order of the raid disk system?

thanks for your help.

Reza
