there's a problem in yum cause when i update or use the software i have this error

such an output is a kind of debug message - there's something broken. It can be a flawed installation or a bug in the software, but you certainly did something that triggered the fault.
I guess the best first thing to do is to download a yum rpm and reinstall it the orthodox way. Then try the same command and see what comes out.
If it continues, one could say you scooped out a bug in RH's yum, but that's not so likely as a problem with your installation. For example, if you're using an unstable version of the system, it is not that seldom that it breaks - I've experienced it a few times with my Debian. Remember that unstable is not simply a synonim for latest version. If you're sure it's a bug (and can reproduce it), then check out RH's bug file and see if it has already been listed.
well i though so and i already reinstall yum but the same problem
and i sitll dont know whats the problem ?
and seems i'll hate this opration KDE unstable, no MP3, bad video support, glib messy, no NTFS, no nvidia support, LVM sucks
