Ping problem/error

When I ping others from my RH71 server I get this message: -

Warning: time of day goes back, taking countermeasures.

Does anyone got this error ? Why is this so ?

nothing wrong with that, i think it just means that the clocks on the machines are different, i.e. aren't using a time server or such like. so it would seem that the pnig reaches the destination before the host has sent it.
