USA Distribution: Slackware Posts: 307 Rep:	what i did.... i uninstalled nvidia rpms with the rh package manager. put the gf4 into the machine. i got the prompt" gf2 is gone, do you want to unconfigure?" i said yes. rh booted to init3. i then installed nvidia rpms with -ivh... checked XF86conf-4 for proper edits, and it's up and runnin. so the rpms will work with rh7.2
