Need help resolving some dependencies.

I'm running Ubuntu Warty at the moment and am trying to build povray but I run into the following problems:

Error: The following dependencies failed to build: jpeg libpng zlib tiff

What package is required to build these dependencies? Apt-get is installed but when I try to:
apt-get install jpeg libpng zlib tiff
It just says that it can't find those packages. Is there one package that contains these dependencies?

Why not just apt-get install povray. Its standard on my Sarge system as I don't remember installing it.
