Need Help configuring /etc/fstab file

I have a Windows FAT32 Hard Drive on /dev/hda1 that I wish to mount in my /etc/fstab file. I want to be able to access it with all users, but only write access for root and my personal username, "ryan".
I currently have it set up so that it automatically mounts at boot at /c. Here is the line in the file now:
/dev/hda1 /c vfat auto,users,async,exec,dev,suidrw,mode=777,umask=000

Now, I know a little of what that stuff means, but I really just copied it from a site I found on google, modifying what I needed to. Can someone help me set it up how I described?

Thanks.

its the umask entry u need to modify in this case,
change umask to 002 if u dont want to give others write access
if u still want to restrict users to execute files , u can set umask = 003,
but in that case they will not be able to use cd also,
anyway 002 is enough.

I'm not sure you understand what I want. I want ONE specific user, "ryan", to be able to read, write, and execute from it, but I want all the other users to be able to read and execute it.
