Need Bigtime help with Xserver-Cygwin-Oracle

Hi, I'm having a hell of a time trying to remotely install Oracle9i on my remote linux server.... here is the scenario:

My remote Server runs Linux (Centos) with no Display hardware...

My local machine is Windows XP...

I use Cygwin/X on my local Windows XP machine to connect to my remote server and this works fine and dandy.

My remote server uses Xvfb on DISPLAY=:1.0 as opposed to 0.0 with X-Server... and this is where I think the problem is... because when I start Cygwin it uses 127.0.0.1:0.0 for it's DISPLAY... also when I login to the remote server and set the display variable as DISPLAY=<my_windows_machine_ip>:1.0 it says it can't connect and it does it even if I use DISPLAY=<my_windows_machine_ip>:0.0 ... I tried turning off the firewall on both machines and still complains.

Can someone help me out on this one... I'm losing my patience!

Also if I just simply try and get an xterm terminal up with the following commands sent through
Cygwin/X it say's it can't open the display on :0.0 and when I try :1.0 it just hangs? Does
this mean I don't have X-Server set up on my remote server?

[oracle@ds26 Disk1]$ export DISPLAY=:0.0
[oracle@ds26 Disk1]$ xterm
xterm Xt error: Can't open display: :0.0

TIA
