Your question is unclear---are you trying to record a cd? If so, the syntax looks suspicious. What is "dev=/dev/hda6" supposed to do as part of the cdrecord command?jpg file format specification.
The way I read man cdrecord is that dev= wants to be followed by the target cd recording device.

What is a "multisession info of harddisk" ?

IDE/ATA hard drives do not use the same format as CD-ROMS.
I have never seen "multi-session" used in relation to hard drives.

Your original post shows an attempt to use cdrecord to write to a hard drive---makes no sense.

Well, not completely non sense.
Nothing prevent someone to write an ext2fs or whatever filesystem on a CD, or to write an iso9660 on a disk partition, although you will have some limitations, for example on disk size with iso9660.
The cd recording tools relies on the underlying device to be a real cd drive, and send specific commands unknown to a disk drive, thus its confusion.
