modem configured but cannot dial-out
imy modem is properly configured and was ok ..i had been using the modem few days ago..but now when i try to connect ..modem try to dial-but cannot ..and message's that there is not dial tone..i had checked that there is the dial tone..and the tel wire is directly terminated in the modem no other extention.. by chance i picked up the phone while dialling ... then modem was able to dial-out..other wise not....so now i can only dial then i pick up the phone other wise not
wt may be the problem????
