I cant access it locally when trying http://68.67.217.22:12345 (i did 54321 but it didnt work so i tried 12345 still didnt work too lazy to change). Can you access it?
They might well block incoming traffic for all your ports except the popular game server ones, you said your using cable broadvand after all, in my experience they tend to be pretty restyrictive
