i installed Slacko to the HD on a Eee PC. It boots up OK saving most of the main things but not the BT Internet connection, i have to delete the connection and then put it back in each time. It also does not save the the time zone or UK keyboard. Any suggestions please.
you know I had that problem with my good friend in the uk. I had to add that from slackware for her.were you can grab it from slackware pkage it. but if you want to set it up so it saves time right click your desktop look for time and set it up to auto save and set up.
here is a very small bug I noticed if Micko is reading. I have to restart the xorg to get it to right to the desktop or to the computer hard drives.
Actually the latest Slacko all you need to do from desktop is set your time zone and tell it to automatically do it.
or you can go into the wizard and do it. I like the simple right click desktop boom your there.
Thanks for the reply, the most irritating thing is having to enter the internet connection every time, it is telling me this information has been saved but it has not. The rest I can put up with.
After many failures was able to save the connection so now I boot up and go strait on the internet. How I did it I do not know as I tried so many ways.
