Probably the only free magazines your going to find are the back issues found on the major publishers, like Linux Journal, Linux Magazine and so on.. but to my knowledge, you're not going to find any free ones probably worthy enough if you do, cause quite frankly, even the ones you pay for aren't that good in my own opinion, you can find most of the stuff they write about online already.
