Linux developers info

I'd like to contribute in spreading the Linux documentation and tools using my native language. Someone can tell any useful address of the developers or other responsible that can advise me how to collaborate with the Linux Staff?

There is no central "Linux Staff" that oversees all the Linux documentation and tools. If there is a particular *nix project (such as KDE, GNOME, Debian, Gentoo, etc.) that you're interested in translating for, you can contact them. Go to their website and look for a documentation project or some other way to contact the team and offer your support.
