Is this for real? Probably a homework assignment, more like it. But even if it might conceivably be a homework assignment (these questions are forbidden here), it's just too funny to not give you a little nudge in the right direction.
To find the date, you type ... tada! "date"
To find the tty, you type ... tada! <fill_in_the_blank>
Figuring out what to type to get the hostname (hint, hint) will be left as an exercise for the reader. If you don't know who you are, you can bet the computer does. Why not just ask?

A better answer to all this would be:
(1) cd /bin; ls
(2) cd /usr/bin; ls
Just see what's there. Then run "man" on things that look interesting. For example, to find out what the "date" command does, type "man date".
