linux boot disk


hello im running redhat 9 on an intel celeron cpu 2.00ghz im allso running windows me now i was starting linux with a boot disk ie floppydisk but my floppy disk is now knackerd and i cant start linux can any 1 please tell me what to do im desperate it took me about a month just to get linux on and now im buggerd without it any help very much appreciated thanks

Use the install CD and boot to rescue mode. Issue the following commands
chroot /mnt/sysimage
mkbootdisk <kernel>

Where <kernel> = output of command:
uname -r

See man pages for additional help for the commands
chroot
mkbootdisk
uname
