Linker option or utility to split out size of .o files

Hi Gurus:

I am trying to figure out how much extra ROM space after linking a particular library.

I am looking for a 'size' utility to determine the size of each .o files that I compiled. I wonder the linker has such a switch to split out such a information as well ?

Any pointer(s) is most welcome.

BR,

V.

Sorry if I mislead you; not the size of the .o (that can be determine by doing a 'ls') file, but the size of binary that will go into the ROM.
