OS: RedHat Linux, CentOS and Ubuntu

I had been working with this Network Traffic Generator software but I was not successful installting as it has dependencies such as:
fastdep and Kylix3.

I have installed this 2 libraries/files

but after configuring it (./configure) I got the prompt exactly below.

checking for library containing pthread_create... -lpthread
checking "Kylix3"... "no"
configure: error: You need fastdep in the path to be able to build this project


Can someone advise me on how to deal with this error. How do I fix this problem.
