Kernel Panics with daul system!!!

Hi...

Now am really pissed with those kernel panics..

Everytime I spend a few hours on Win XP on my system and then try to log onto linux I get a kernel panic due to EXT3-fs: group descriptors corrupted !
Every time ,,,, It's driving me crazy ..

And Every time it's solved by using knoppix and running fsck...

I really need a permenanat solution .. I need this error to stop..

This is the dmesg:
EXT3-fs error (device sdb1): ext3_check_descriptors: Inode bitmap for group 384 not in group (block 2147483647)!
EXT3-fs: group descriptors corrupted !
I am still in my transition period between Windows and Linux and I have to sometimes use Win XP ...!!!

Will apprecaite any help or suggestions ..

I am running Debian testing and Win XP

Thanx

Do you always shut the computer down properly? Or do you ever just push the power button?

From win XP I always use the shutdown button ... from Linux login as su and run poweroff!!!
It does give a message when I run fsck that I may have not shutdown properly but that never happens?? I am guessing there is something on WIn XP thats causing the problem??
