Keep getting message about Temperature above threshold

Hello, I am a newbie Linux user.

I keep getting the following message in my terminal.

CPU#0: Running modulated clock mode
CPU#0: Temperature above threshold

this message repeats over and over again. I realized it only appears when my
CPU usage is really high. But it seems any program I run, it uses up a lot of CPU
power such as installing a simple program.

I find this message really annoying and I don't think there's anything wrong with
my CPU. Is there a way that I can disable this message/warning.

Thanks

Which distro and what is your hardware? lmsensors is the package that does hardware monitoring and uninstalling the package or disabling lmsensors from starting should fix it if your sure there is nothing wrong. The modulated clock mode would bother me as it seems to indicate the cpu is throttling down in response to being overheated. Try checking your temps in your bios setup and see if anything is wrong.
