kde 4 - How to add item to right click menu

Hi all,

I recently moved from Fedora 8 to Kubuntu + KDE 4.1

I always loved the ability to right click on the desktop and have konsole as my first option in the menu. It made opening terminals a breeze. I want the same functionality with my KDE 4.1 setup. How can I go about doing this?

Thanks,

S
