Question Is it true:anaconda over bittorrent?

Someone told me that there was a solution to have anaconda running on bittorrent. The solution is embedding a minihttp server in the installing ramdisk, this server is also a bittorent client. And config anaconda to install Linux via HTTP protocol. So the scaling performance is very good.

Is it true? Where can I find any document for this solution? I cannot search any result on google.

Thank you.
