Iptables Exercices

hey guys ive been reading oskars tutorial on iptables and i want to test what i learned are there any sites in the net that gives iptabels exercices?

Well.. set up a firewall on your computer and then go to Defcon/BlackHat and yell:

"Hello, my IP is <ip> and I think all your mothers * * * * *."
