installing Distro onto USB flash drive

I just recently bought a BusLink busdrive which can hold up to 128 megs of stuff. I was wondering if I was able to install a small distro of linux on it, possibly with X...? Anyone have any experience with this?

Since I have already started to answer in your other thread in the hardware forum (which I believe is probably a more appropriate forum for this), please do not reply to this thread, but use the one in the hardware forums.

Same thread in HARDWARE forum
