How to do so ?
In kcontrol, there is only the stuffs from the menu ?
Is there some way to change into bindings config file maybe of kde to make it easier?

In KControl, go to "Regional & Accessibility"->"Input Actions". Create a new action with the action type "Keyboard Shortcut -> Command/URL (simple)". Enter your shortcut on the "Keyboard Shortcut" tab and the path to your shell script on the "Command/URL Settings" tab.
