Icewm transparency

Alright, I have a question for my LQ friends.

I am all about customizing my desktop. I have downloaded a icewm theme that is sweet, but his screenshot had his window as a transparency. I downloaded it, installed it, but no transparency.

Now, I can make my menu and right clicks to have a transparency but not the window. Does anyone know how to do this?

Basically I was told from another site the my transparencey can only be done in Shell--and I was just dooped into thinking otherwise. =)
