How to make LILO installer disk?

I've wondered for a long time now, and I finely ask: is it possible to make a bootable floppy disk containing LILO installation, which can be installed, used and then (if needed) edited (again using this bootdisk) on non-linux systems? I think and I hope that this is possible, so please help me...
