Meaning, you don't have a CD drive at all, or you don't have a CD writer?
If you don't have a CD drive at all, it's possible to do a network install or install from files on a hard drive. If you don't have a CD writer, but DO have a CD drive, then you can obtain already burned CDs from such places as
this discount CD provider , or from a friend or user's group in your area.
Either way, it would be very wise to do some searching in this forum or in
Google for Linux , to get an idea of some of the hardware requirements, problems, and successes. I would also advise spending some time lurking this and other Linux fora and reading a book or two. It's not exactly rocket science, but installing Linux is different from Windoze. Different filesystems, different executable files, different commands. There are also some similarities, and there are some choices that you will want to make and need to make.
Do your homework, don't be afraid of it, take all advice with a grain of salt, then enjoy it
