How to install GRUB from within Windows XP

How can I install GRUB from within windows XP? Here is my situation:

I have XP on one HD of my laptop, and Redhat on a second HD. The first HD had to be replaced, wiping out my GRUB installation.

I no longer have access to the Redhat installation CD's, but the entire linux installation is still sitting there on the second HD.

I think I can figure out how to download a GRUB installation, but all of the instructions relating to it assume that I have access to a Linux machine, which I don't.

Surely getting my dual boot access to my second drive is a straightforward configuration issue, but I have no idea how to configure what. HELP!!!

Wait a minute... your *entire* installation is on the second hdd??!
What was your original setup - because it sound like you had:

hda boot and swap
hdb XP and root

so, unless I'm very mistaken here (anyone?), the boot partition (mountpoint /boot) contains things besides grub - important things which you will need to duplicate for your system.

Try to get an install disk.
