How to have all users get a symlink in their directory as they are created

Hi,

Is there a way to automatically have all users (including root) get a symlink in their directory as they are created? In particular I am trying to have .dir_colors -> /etc/DIR_COLORS.

Also is there an easy way to specify this in a kickstart file?

thanks,

Andrew

You'll find the 'skel' directory in /etc (e.g. "/etc/skel/") -- any time you create a new user, it draws from this directory for starting files, including links if you'd like. Put a link in there and then create a new user -- I think you'll have what you're looking for.
