How to find CPU usage per thread.

I have an application which spawns different threads. Can any one help me in finding out what is the CPU usage per thread.
Is there any commands ?

Thanks a lot in advance

As of kernel 2.6, thrs are lightweight processes within the main process, so bare 'top' won't help here. In kernel 2.4 they appeared as separate processes.
Try
top -H
